Shipping costs

All prices are in AUD. Australian standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $14.95 for products in our general shipping profile. Print-on-demand orders to Australia and New Zealand start at $9.95 standard or $14.95 express up to 500g; heavier parcels are charged by weight. Standard shipping is free for eligible Australian and New Zealand orders over $120. Your available services and total shipping charge, including any combined fulfilment charges, are shown at checkout before payment.

International delivery is available to supported checkout destinations at the rate shown before payment. Any recipient duties or taxes are additional unless included at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch stocked orders placed before 10am AEST on the same business day, and later orders on the next business day. Print-on-demand production and stock transfers take additional time; stock transfers may add 2–4 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

After dispatch, Australian standard delivery generally takes 3–9 business days and express 1–5 business days. Rural or remote areas, New Zealand and other international destinations may take longer. Estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when available.

Exchanges and delivery problems

You pay return postage and replacement delivery when exchanging a size or colour you selected incorrectly. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: we cover reasonable costs as required by law.

For missing, damaged or delayed orders, email info@kandui.au with your order number. We investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by law. You do not need to pursue our carrier yourself. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer guarantees.
